Anyone know of a good website that sells good Fluoresent lights with a ballast. Also i was wondering what a good wattage would be if i were to use Fluoresent lighting. Also are timers easy to set up on lighting systems.

you can buy compact floros at a costco for very cheap, with bllast installed and they screw into regular light soccots, just get a pack o 10 60 watters that are ful spectrum, and as many lamps as you need. If you are looking for a powerful one, go too
broad-leef.com and look at the pcf.
