vitamin C?

okay.. well i was smoking with my friend.
and he said that if you take vitamin c that it wont mess up your lungs when you smoke weed.

is this true?

don't be ridiculous. Vitamin C doesn't have magical lung shielding properties.

Its just good for you. It's even an antioxidant.

More research is needed before any conclusions can be made but there are studies linking antioxidants to increased lung function and a lower risk of lung cancer. Paradoxically one study found that beta carotene may increase the risk of cancer in smokers.
