The good news is the product worked again!! No problems with the test. The problem is with the heating pad. It seems quick fix is supplying a new type of pad in there kit. This new style pad would not get over 96deg. (very very bad). I had to break into my emergency kit that I bought last year to get the old style heat pad. The old pad warmed it up to 98-100 and worked perfectly. Unfortunate I did not get my test that day and had to return the following day. I ran to Wal-Mart and found the heat pads in the medicine section (Thank you Red Barron)!! These pads also never exceeded 96deg. I had to pre heat the bottle and use 2 pads to keep it at 98deg. (Very bulky) I screwed with this for 2 hours before I got it right. There was a long wait at the lab and the temp held perfect but I was sweating it the whole time. BE PREPARIED
