Yep, that's a male... get rid of it A.S.A.P. if you don't want your females pollinated. If some of the flowers have already opened up, it might have already pollinated some of the females.

dont listen to these kids who say get rid of it asap they just want u to think they kno wut there talkn about, male flowers wont release pollen until there completely flowered, as long as the pollen sacks r still green ur ok if i was u ide wait to see if its a hermaphrodite, u can always pull the pollen sacks off n save the female flowers from fertilizing, but if i was u i would start a new garden, i jus found out my 4 ft plant wus a male it sucks.
