other than that. how about a TEAMSPEAK. i mean if this site is ran on a private box you can set one up no problem.

Yeah, java is a terrible chat server/whatever the technical term is. teamspeak is even better, get good use out of my mic.

IRC stands for internet relay chat, It's a nifty tool thats been around alot longer than ICQ I believe, check out mirc.com its the basic IRC app.

ICQ was originally made by Mirabilis in the late 90s. And IRC's been around longer than that.
