I find its only the first 1/2 nights without that are hard.
After a short amount of days I am more and more comfortable about not having any weed, unlike tobacco, it gets easier the longer you go without (in my, and several friends experiences have shown.
It isnt the time without weed that makes it so bad, its the THOUGHT of having no weed that upsets me more, but once I'm in the situation of not smokin, its fine really.
Try an alternative for a few nights, alchohol or whatever, as much as i dnt enjoy it, its better than bein stone cold ('scuse the pun) sober

Same here. The first day and night are usually the roughest. During the day, it's just thinking about herb. When nightime hits, I usually can't sleep. Sometimes I'll take Nyquil or something, but usually I just stay up and play on Live all night. After that, it's easy.

ive been dry for a while, like a week ? but every day gets HARDER for me./
its like slow death.
i hate this, all i can do is play Quake 3 arena online to make the pain stop
i cried when i woke up this morning, because i cant find weed anywhere
no weed is no fun for me.

I have been without for 5 weeks by my own choosing. I am finding that it gets harder with time, because I realize all the social parts of smoking that I miss out on now. But school ends in another 2 or so weeks, and I will have 2 oz. to mess around with then. Just think about the big pay off in the end!

Yo good luck, I just passed my drug test.
I was a heavy smoker and stopped for 10 days. I drank a lot of water, mild exercise, multivitamin, and the day of the test drank a urine and stool cleanser 4 hours before the test.
I passed with flying colors, and my exercise was mainly basketball 1 day, and running 2 miles 2 days and drinking a lot of beer (bicep curls), also doing a lot of pushups and situps. Best of luck, it'll be worth it 'cause I'm kited now, with a caked up job.

I havent smoked in about a week but there are continuous rock slides that are disabling kids in my town from accessing school, so next week I'm on independent study, and we all know what that means.
