im pretty sure the idea of the color changin properties is that is will change back when it gets dirty

ive only seen a few real color changers that go from complete clear when clean to a real deep color when dirty
i think they're spensive
how much you pay?

lol, you will be fine. It's clear b/c it's clean. Once the resin builds up again it will look as it did. Pipes change color b/c of the fuming. Silver fuming usually turns yellow/blue/purple while gold fuming usually turns orange/red/pink

Yeah, dont worry. For the actually color to be gone the alcohol would have had to eat through the glass to get to where the color is. If your color was truely gone then your glass would be all eaten up too.

its different types of precious metals in small amounts throughout the glass
like dude said they use gold and silver
i think they also use copper n others too
