hey ppl, I'm starting to smoke again after taking a year off from my previous 3 year high. I do live in philly and if anyone knows any good head shops could you help me out, because of the fact that the guy who I used to smoke with's mom used to deal and gave him bongs and such on holidays I never really had to roll or anything like that so I'm pretty much a noob in that area.
