ive just found the tops of my plants have been burnt by my lamp:mad: and just want to know if i should cut the burt bits off or not my plants are 4 weeks into flowering and growing great just ive never delt with this prob before and dont know if it will regrow or the burnt bits are just f****d and i have sorted it out by bending them and tieing them down so just need to know of someone who knows there stuff if i should cut it off or not cheers :thumbsup:

I would not cut them...

it sounds like you did the right thing.. you bent them over so that an un-burnt, healthy segment of the plant can utilize the POLE position (best lighting).

Dont cut, will regrow just tie down and adjust the light when all the plants are ready.

I don't think it will regrow... from the burnt area..

The plant is 4 weeks into flowering....

thank for advice seems like no new growth from burnt tops but looks like the buds just below are fine and growing nicely so ill just leave it unless someone can give me a definite answer to it regrowing if i cut it off or just loseing it if i cut it off

the plant is in the final stage of its life . the final r weeks. it is not going to repair anything at this point.

I agree with Garden Known. Cutting will only hurt the plant more, let it be. let the plant focus all its efforts on flowering.

Agreed. I burnt my main cola at 2 weeks, it ended up regrowing but I know it had to have been stunted from something like that.
