never ask for anything well done in france. It will come out all chared up dry as a desert, I cannot believe i made that mistake when I was in paris. Once i was going to try my sisters escargo, but I didn't. Can't really think of anything that looks really disgusting but is really good that I have tried. I was watching some tv show and they were talking bout this food in some asian country called...I forgot what it is called. But its basically a duck embryo still in the egg with eyes developed and sometimes even feathers and they showed people eating those it was really disturbing.

i had some spinach tofu ravioli tonight that looked like it was in a puke sauce but it was really quite tasty. and nutritious.
