When to harvest?

Hey all!
Have a question...the girls are just about ready to be harvested. One, a sativa dom will need some more time, but, two should be ready within the next two weeks. Should I look for the pistils to change color or the trichomes or both? I have the mag glass, no problem there. Was just wondering if anyone could help describe what I might look for in a fully matured plant.

it veryies, but usually look for the trichomes to swell at the top and go into a mushroom like shape, but only about 20 percent, and three quarters of the pistils to turn an amber like color.

if youve got the magnifier just keep checkin to see if the trich's to start turning milky. then its time.
i usually cut mine a bit earlier any way for a more happy high.. the longer you leave them the more couchlock you'll get.. it's up to your personal taste.
