hi were going to amsterdam in the morning and have decided we want to dome muhroom, the only thing i need to know is, if we dont like the trip is there any way to calm it down, like with weed i just have something to eat or drink and i feel better. any helps great.
only 12 more hours to go!!!!

I always smoke when I trip... it helps ground me a bit.... the only way to really ' calm down' a trip is to let it do it's thing, you're just going to cause more problems if you try to stop it. Just keep a happy head and have fun and you shouldn't have a problem.

I've only eaten too many once, but I don't think you're going to buy that amount, I get mine from the fields so I had a lot... but the only thing that helped calm it was to let it do it's thing and not fight it.

just don't think that because it stopped peaking it's about over. That's a problem I have too is to keep going and eating wanting more, not thinkng that it's coming.

just have fun with it they are great... it's like weed in my mind, the first time you have no idea what you are spose to do or feel, but as you get use to it you'll understand it a bit more... just don't overthink it... don't get stressed about it, and have fun...

just dont drink alcohol with them. It becomes highly toxic to the liver then

i dont drink, but we will be smokin shit loads of weed with us being in the dam, so would that be ok?

If you become anxious or panic on mushrooms there are some prescription drugs that may be used to calm you down or terminate the trip. These include benzodiazepines such as Valium, Xanax, Ativan and antipsychotics such as Thorazine. I do not know the legal status of these substances in the Netherlands but where I am from they are prescription only.
Otherwise be sure you are tripping in a safe place with people that you are comfortable with.
