hi everyone am thinkin about starting to grow my own any give me some well needed advise on how to go about it i have been a smooker for 16years but dont know anything about growing please help.

Found in the FAQ section also. Depends on your budget, heat, ventilation, if you want to use different types, size of your grow space, etc. Trust me, I started my research here May 5th, 2006, and I am still learning, but I learned most of what I know so far by r e a d i n g . When you have specific questions, then do not be afraid to ask. The <search> function /\ /\ up there is the ticket. Try typing lighting in there, and you can read for an entire afternoon.
