Anyone who's trying to get into shape or wants gain strength and muscle mass check this out.

Before everyone starts flaming me, I know that these guys didn't get that big by doing calisthenics alone. I'm sure they lift weights, do cardio, and eat proper diet. However, this does show some really creative exercises which use your body weight as resistance instead of using a real gym.

Check out the whole series on the right hand side, they got a lot of them.

These dudes are the real thugs, not some homo ass pop MTV mofuckas. I'd be scared as hell to meet these dudes at the wrong end of confrontation.

nasty mouths and tattoos dont make you a thug. they can work the bar though, and look in great shape.

That's what I meant. Having served time in the penn and being a scary dude makes you a thug in my book. Of course you might be referring to some new definition of thug, just like hustling doesn't exactly mean selling drugs anymore.

what i should have said maybe....dont be scared of them thugs, just because they are using dirty mouths and have tattoos. dont be scared get prepared. those in the workout videos look to me as they were taken in a school yard...or park.....and looking like a bad ass dont make you one....be cool

pullups and pushups are pretty basic exercises.. but some of their variations are pretty interesting, but you cant base a whole workout around this. The main muscle worked in every single exercise ive seen is the tricep, and any other muscles worked are secondary.

point is all youll do is burn out your triceps without really working the rest of your body effectively.

like willy said. if you cant afford a gym membership, check out the milk jug workout.

ps. sorry if i dragged down what was intended to be a light post. as everyone knows, bodybuilders like to preach and rant whenever they see an opportunity.
