inside out bowl

what exactly is one of these. It is on a slide for a bubbler im looking at.http://www.northwestglassart.com/online/product_info.php?products_id=45. does this look like a good piece to you?

yep, theyre just talking about the slide. Looks as though the only "inside out" part is the bowl, which just means that the colors are sorrounded in a layer of clear glass, hence, "inside out." The piece itself is only wrapped raked and fumed, so when you buy it, it wont look like the one in the picture.
