I dont think a thread has been made about Damian marley before if there has sorry i haven't seen it.

Anyway, What do you think of him and his songs?

I think hes nowhere near as good as Bob marley was and he will be, but i think some of his songs are ok like 'welcome to jamrock' and 'road to zion' they're alright.

Damian is a very talented artist I got two of his albums and I've heard a lot of his material, its not really fair to compare him to his father although Damian has inherited some of his Dad's qualities. His albums Halfway Tree and Welcome to Jamrock are both excellent and well worth buying

I like his music more than Bob Marley actually, its just a little more harder than Bob was imo. His shits damn good. Ganja Bus and Mi Blenda are pimp songs too

Its funny you mentioned halfway tree and jamrock cause thats the only cds of his i own, and i listen to them alot.

Damian is good I like him alot. Damian alot better than his rest of his siblings and cousins i think, and he'll be around for many years, he is only 28 now.
