Hello All,
Iam new to this site and also new to growing....I live in the Deep South and I planted these two on 4/4/06..I go the seeds from a good batch of bagged shit..i noticed the lower leaves are gettin eatin up...what should i use on them...tell me what yall think..by the way...any thing else I need to do? like topping or anything?

Well, you can spray a soapy solution that diluted onto the leaves, and then put something around them to stop snails and slugs and shit. Broken egg shells and salt are good.

So i can just use like dish soap and spray it down?

Well, yeah, i supose that would work, but make sure its nice and diluted.

it would be safer to use a basic, non-germicidal bar of soap, like IVORY, etc ... dishwashing liquid is a detergent, not a soap, likely too be too harsh for plant use ... :smokin:

now I do realize these plants are too close..because of limited space with viewability and sunlight...Can I just bend these 2 in opposite direction?
