I got this from freshdirect and kept the bottle. It's such a unique little thing that I wanna make a bong out of it and call it the Niwa bong (it's called NIWA NO UGUISU DARUMA JUNMAI)

You can't really tell from the pics, but if you look closely the bottle has a white colored thing around it right under the cap that covers it all the way to the bottom that makes it look pretty freaky. I kept the cap so I can cover it after smoking to prevent liquid falling out in case it gets knocked over.
I have a bowl I can try to stick in it that I got from some other bong.

My only question is.. how do I put it in? I'd have to break through the glass, but how so without ruining it?
So what do you think of using this bottle for a bong? I was thinking of using an empty corona bottle but this is much cooler.

Doh... can't I just hammer a tiny nail into it? I just gotta make a really tiny hole. I really don't wanna go out and get power tools for this shit.

you can try, but all you're going to do is break the glass. i drilled a hole in a corona bottle (has thicker than average glass) with a 40 dollar power drill, and a relatively new all purpose bit... didn't need a special bit or anything. anyways, it takes time, i wrapped my bottle up in quite a few layers of tape, then poked a small hole in the top of a water bottle, then i just took a firm grip on the drill, and angled the bottle so all i have to do is press down (it required someone holding it, you have to press relatively hard, or the bit will just skip around the bottle, also because you're not using diamond tipped bits, it is going to take some time, after 5 mins of drill time (not including stopping, to check your progress, add more water or so on) i was about half way through, few more minutes and i was all the way through, then i tried (this was just a tester bottle, to see if i could even do it) to make the hole larger, but ended up breaking the glass cuz i didn't take my time.. hope this helps..
