first time grow

ok people hi everyone im on my first grow im 5 weeks into flowering and i used a pretty cheap setup :400w hps, growing in soil, using miracle grow and this stuff called phostrogen all in all its pretty basic. im growing white widow in my boiler cupboard and i got 3 plants what i wanted to know was ive aquired some nutrients and stuff but i think there more suited for hydroponics i was wondering could i use them in soil they are: hy-pro spraymix, dr hornby big bud, liquid oxygen, superthrive, canna pk 13-14, vitalink grow a+b, vita link bloom a+b, canna vega a+b and canna flores a+b and i was hoping i could get a better crop next time using these new nutrients but dont know which ones i should use and which i shouldnt any advice would be great thanks :)

If your useing miricle grow I would be very careful of useing anything else. M G has a lot of nutrients that are not for MJ plants. If anything I would use shult's catus nutes. till the next grow. Then mix your soil with no nutes and then you can use some of what you got. OR go hydro and use all of them at one time or another. Miricle grow is about the worst soil for MJ plants sorry. IT will work, I tried it my first time to, Then went hydro.

You know I have been trying to think where I had heard the name "Clubber Lang" before :confused:. Anyway someone just told me it was Mr T, in the Rocky film ................... been driving mad for hours now trying to think of it :o .


Anyway Clubber I really don't know anything at all about the nutrients, but Phostrogen, is fine I always use it. Just a pinch or two in the watering can is all I do.
Oh there's nothing wrong with basic simple growing, that's how I've always grown ;).

:) thx people for the feedback but im not using miracle gro soil just ordinary compost and miracle gro nutrients i stopped using them whilst in flowering to use phostrogen instead but i wanted to know if i could use these new nutes i got in soil instead of hydro which i think they are mainly for. i dont really got much money to buy a hydro set and i think id prefer soil much easier to grow in and not as much worry from what ive read.

yeh from the rocky 3 film hes a big hard guy which aint me but names kinda cool :thumbsup:
