can i use a dried mushroom to make a spore print or does it have to be fresh?

nope has to be right off the cake.
you can order them from a bunch of shroomeries but if your growing then just grab a nice one and uh.. fuck it im not totally sure. just google how to make spore print or find a good growing guide
