I dunno, but I never had a problem scoring in Brooklyn, NYC. On a summer Fri or Sat night, you can smell herb on just about every corner. Takes a quick 5 minute conversation to get in the 'know' and happy.

I think the two cities in Oregon, Portland and Eugene, have ALOT of stoners. Cali and seattle also have a huge smoker population as with Vancuver, BC

Smaller Cities/Towns: Red Bank, NJ. When I first moved to NJ, it was like you average Americana town. They underwent a 'transformation' and now it's like a mini Greenwich Village. A trip down to Marine Park will bring you to the smokers. ALthough, you can also usually hjook-up talking to any of the younger kids on the street. If you need 'hood' action, then you head across the tracks to the West Side park.

El POrtal, CA. It's a small canyon village by a river full of hippie stoners. About every other saturday there is great music at the town hall and about half the audience is either blazed or drunk. The weed here is great too, usually sativa, at least what I can find.
