I've always wondered, why is society soo fucked up.
Im pretty sure it wasnt always like this, If im wrong please correct me, I mean ya this isnt the dark ages, but god dammit we live in a violent society.
We got gang bangers out to just "protect turf."
Drug Dealers carrying guns because of how crazy people are out their.
Im not saying Drug dealers are a bad thing, because i believe all drugs should be legal, but carrying a gun??
All drug dealers that are reading this know what i mean.
Its paranoia of getting rob/killed.
We have punks 11 - 16 yrs old trying to do hold ups in stores and just wild out in the streets.
We have slutty looking girls 11 - 16 yrs old, which is very very disturbing.
How are these punks and sluts getting the influence of this being the new "cool."
When I was 11 i was still playing tag on the playground or basketball. I wasnt talking about the newest rapper out there and the latest beef on the street. Then when you get into High School the majority of the kids are "gangsters."
Oh and by the way Ive been listening to rap probably since I was 7 yrs old.
But when i hung out with the "cool gangsters" they would only talk about fights and "oh look at this punk looking at me."
Is fighting all on these kids mind? and Dont forget his crew that will do whatever he does.

This may be a rant but its a True Story, and im sure anyone living in or around a North American Major city can relate.
Could it be the huge population in cities? (but why does Japan have such few murders? and they listen to rap and play all the violent video games?)

Well you should. Dealers that sell marijuana, shrooms, coke..ok, thats alright with me. But those guys that sell stuff like meth, crack, heroin. No those are the ones to me that belongs off the street. Especially the ones that sell it to their own race. I just wanna state that I am NO racist but I believe we should look out for our family first, then our race, THEN our friends. How can you sell meth to your own people knowing what the fuck it's gonna do to them? Ok, your makin money now but what about when he comes to you asking for a sack of crystal meth for a fuckin t.v? Or what about when he just stops coming to you completely because he's toe tagged in a fuckin morgue? Hip Hop has alot to do with culture on the streets and vice versa. not hip hop, but "gangsta rap" is what's killing our innocent children everyday, though gang violence. YES Gangs have been around for centuries, but with TV and media its Showing how easy it is to become a gangster. 1. buy baggy clothes. 2. have a mean face. 3. be a Nigga With a Attitude.
Thats all it takes to become a punk ass gangster. With TV and media showing this.
And you may think i hate rap, but i actually listen to it 24/7 Jadakiss D-Block, Dipset,50 cent, T.I, Young Jeezy, Pac & BIG and MANY MANY MORE.
But to not think any of these artist have any influence to the kids is just plain stupid. I use to be one of those punk kids trying to be hard, but as you get older you realize how stupid it really it is. Some of these kids dont realize how stupid it is and grow into adult hood acting the same way, maybe because of lack of education and parenting.
And another thing dont blame the parents, because parents now a days, need 2 jobs to maintain rent and food, so they dont have time to follow their child everywhere.
I can say the same thing for Britany Spears, she influences a huge young audience, soo if you go to elementary schools now, theirs a bunch of skanky looking 11 or 12 yr olds.

It's the media, and parents. As far as media, i would say its mostly news thats the problem. Even kids who watch violent movies and play violent videogames know its mostly fantasy. But when the first 10 minutes of the evening news are about who got killed/shot/stabbed etc. Kids know that is real. The news desensitizes people. It makes people think that killing and murder is a normal part of life(and its not/shouldnt be). And today our economy is so Fucked that an average middle class family has to have both parents working. This provides little time for raising the kids. Parents should be the primary teachers of children. I consider myself lucky. My mom stays at home while my dad works. And i wouldnt change that for the world. My mom has always been there for me will be until she dies. But most kids aren't as lucky as me i guess. Both parents work. Raised by nannies or day-care til they can stay home by themselves. There are other reasons but i believe those are the strongest reasons.

Some people see us as freaks, just for mearly GROWING (which lets off oxygen to the world) and smoking weed, which would proberly help one's mental and mybe phyical state. But of course its illegal, ya know why? yeah, because they can't get any of this paper off us since its grow and 100% natural. We have been lied to and brain washed and the sad part is that MOST of us don't even fucking see it. They won't even realease electric cars at a cheap price, EVEN tho they cud fucking afford it, but yeah, that would mean less paper. As long as they have the paper its ALL worth while, to them. But its the same with us, just think about urself, how IMPORTANT is this peice of paper to you? would you get the one paper with a 100 written on it and set it on fire and let it burn? of course you fucking would'nt, and neither would i. We wake up feeling grogy and shit, then like half an hour later having to go to work and work your ASS off for paper, and you need this paper to live. You don't work for them, they take away the paper, and therefor, taking away ur life (you can't live without this paper)

So that would mean that we're just controlled, into what TO buy and the belief that we should earn peices of paper to be able to buy food and water to keep us alive and for somewhere to live. But don't say its ok because u earned it, because some of this money goes to tax, and yes, some of that money goes on weapons. They will NEVER be tooken down, because WE are giving them the power, and WE are the reasons this is such a depressing sad world it is today, they're the one's who did it. But we're the one's who helped them.

I mean, i just don't see the point in it, whats the point of living your whole life working and TRYING so hard, just to end up dying old and lonley as you get calls all the time from people advertising so they can get some paper so that they can carry on living. What kind of a way is that to live? i rather be dead thank you very much. I am so close to just fucking hanging myself, because i CANNOT carry on living in such a world full of evil and curption, when i was little i never imagined, unfortently I have an EXSTEAMLY amazing long term memory, but an EXSTEAMLY bad short term, so this means i have trouble learning newer stuff these days, and i can remember all the stuff as a child. Stuff which now haunt me. In a lot of areas, our race/color of our skin is still proportional to our respective cultures. We all know how main-stream media works, in the past they've made quite the habit of attributing drugs to skin color and culture.

Putting race before friends is racist. Putting race AFTER friends is racist. Race means nothing except who your parents were and where they came from, and who their parents were and where they come from, and who their parents were, etc. What does it matter?

Agreed, every race should rise above the stereotypes that are in front of them, but he didn't say that black people should stop selling crack but that they shouldn't sell it to other black people.

If you're talking about culture, that's fine with me, but there's definitely a fine line between a black guy in compton working two jobs to feed his kids and, say, a black movie producer living in LA. They both probably had two entirely different lives, and the fact that they share their color of skin is nothing more than coincidence. I guarantee they would not feel connected to one another by the color of their skin alone, so why should we group them both together?
