look for a bible, in either the front or the back of most bibles are blank pieces of paper. Bibles are almost always printed on either hemp paper or rice paper so thats one good resource (til you tear out all the blank pages lol)

Get papers from a store near a college area. So many kids go in that it's not worth carding them all the time and they might luckily mistaken you for a college student.

Or just use reciept paper. works pretty good.

Bibles work too. Since J.B. make papers (and it looks like it says JoB on their packaging), I usually smoke a page from the Book of Job. Ask your parents to buy you a Bible. Get some good-boy points and a source of papers at the same time! ;)

Receipts. They are last resort but they work, but ink is probaby not the best for you, but once in a while, and when in an emergency, I would say do it up.

woah receipt paper is badd. i admit ive used it before but it always tasted funny so i tried holding the lighter to a receipt without burning it and it turned black on one side and started crystalizing, which cant be good. bible paper is good, what i use sometimes is like Trident gum wrappers, theyr kind of small but they work. (dentyne softchews & orbit work too) not the wrappers with the foil on them!!! but if thats all u have then u can scrape off the foil side, ive heard that works but never actually tried. hope that helps, happy toking!

phone book paper works good too, just put alot of honey on it so it burns slow

I can remember in times of need a list of things i've used instead of papers.

Expired Insurance Cards(mine are just square little pieces of paper perfect for joints)

text book pages(college is good for something)

video game instruction booklets, magazines pages, and of course French Lights(lol they arent papers i swear)

tampax wrappers work ok kinda thick though you can also use a page from a bible ..they are usually fairly thin... or the paper on the out side of a roll of toilet paper ...in a pinch though you can use a plastic coke bottle poke a small hole through the side and insert a straw or part of a ink pen.. some duct tape on the end will act as a fair to good seal for the mouth piece. next place some tin foil over the toop of the pop bottle and lightly push into the opening ..tie off excess foil around side with a pont tail holder or tape use a pin or sewing needle to make holes in the tinfoil ..this type of bowl will put off much less of a odor from smoking than a joint enjoyyy

j/k dude but seriously if you're in a bind then take a tip from the africans - use telephone directory paper or newspaper and just lick the shit out of it. It takes a bit of getting used to but once you get the hang of it you'll be like a stoner macguyver or something. If the paper don't stick so well then soak the edge in hot water, roll your jay and then bang it in the microwave for 5 - 10 seconds. works like a charm.

If that don't suit you then just get a pocket water-pipe or bong to carry around.

BUT if you must use a paper, personally a good substitute is BROWN BAG paper, good to roll a spliff with...less paper more weed and you good.
