need some help with lighting

Hi their was just wondering if any one could tell me if the cfl lighting is ok for the veg stage. do i have to change the lights or just the bulbs. And also what is the least amount of lights i can use... :rasta:

how many plants do you have? you can USe CFL's if you need for the whole plants life but it's not the optimal choice. What type of setup do you have, how many plants?
