Well I dont know why but I was watchin "Set it Off", a classic film last night right? So when it goes off I'm watchin t.v. to dose off on it, I knew the way I was sleeping was gonna give me a crook but I was so sleepy I didnt feel like movin so I just sat there, now I've waken up and smoked my usual Saturday wake -n- bake and my neck feels like it's 3 feet from my head and it hurts like fuck! how can I fix this shit!?

I did, I tried to do it fast because it hurts to slowly turn it that way and it was hurtin 4 mins straight after I did that :(.

make some rubbing alcohol and mj.

take some homeopathic remedies, like arnica montana. Rub your neck. Put a castor oil pack on your neck. Edgar Cayce style. That's how I fixed a bad back.

Just be patient, your neck will feel better with time. You just strained your neck muscles.

I've had a sore neck after sleeping on it wrong as well, try some tiger balm thats what i used to sooth the pain.

Yeah, it's a classic actually one of the first films that actually made me shed a tear while watchin.

Btw my neck still feels like shit :(.

increase protein intake, muscles will repair quicker.

I have whey protein milkshake mix for my working out an I find If I get an un-related muscle strain or injury (such as a dodgy neck from a bad sleeping position, or sometimes they just come out of nowhere) a few shakes really helps, because instead of just numbing the pain you are fixing the source of the problem.

Also, an Ibruprophen based pain killing muscle gel will work great. I have one that is 10% ibruprophen , not only is it a painkiller but its anti inflammatory which will help the actual healing, not ONLY just covering up the pain.

Ibuprofen is what I was going to suggest. Advil. Motrin. Those are forms of ibuprofen, and they're the best medicine for muscle pain or inflammation. Also a heating pad or a hot wash cloth on the area--or stand under a hot shower and then stretch while the heat is on it. Sometimes even with heat and anti-inflammatory meds, you still have to wait it out a couple of days.

If it still canes after 5 days, go see a doc. Its possible, but not very likely, that youve fecked it up good and proper.

A Chiropractor can help significantly.
Here is my recomendation

1. Make sure you are completely hydrated
2. 1 small bong hit
3. Visit Chiropractor. Most will also offer some sort of massage. Do this as well.
4. Heat Therapy 30 minutes with hot pad.
5. Draw warm bath water. Put on some Gregory Issacs
6. Get in Tub.
7. Take 2 bong hits while in tub. Relax till yor a prune. Drink more water.
*8. (optional) Get a blowjob. The trick is just getting your girlfriend to beleive that this is medically necessary.

Repeat As needed. This was taught to me by father the Chiropractor.
