I just changed over to hyro system and my ? is, I don't know if this was a good or bad Idea. I took some seedling from potted soil about ten days old and trying to be as careful as I could unrooted them by slowly removing the soil around the root the best i could without touching them and put in rockwool by spliting in half and covering some of the roots with the rockwool and some hanging out and put in the hydro planters. I just did this last night and they still are okay this morning. will they survive or not did i do the wrong thing by exposing the roots in the transplant them being so young? I hope not, what do you ppl think, What problem mite happen and how do I combat them Thanks bizzy

Can this really be done without damage? I was thinking of doing this as well. I have 10 plants that are about 12 days old. Should I just leave in soil or transplant to soil-less. I would rather soil-less.

Ive done it several times just be carefull rinse off as much dirt as possible transplant into your hydro set up will get a little wilting but will pick back up, try a couple if you dont feel comfortable in doing it and see your results.
