So me and some friends got busted for setting a few fires. There's been like 30 fires set in these two locations, 7 of which are thanks to us. One myself.

The investigator is supposed to call me and let me know when my warrants are active so I can turn myself in if I wish.

All tha was burned was small areas of grass. Everyone I've spoken to says that the charges shouldn't be more than criminal mischeif but we're all being charged with arson [2nd degree felony]. There was no major damage, and there's no dollar amount on the damage done. Does anyone know what the laws are on this topic?

...All tha was burned was small areas of grass...

This time ... you've been lucky the fires have stayed contained and not caused serious property damage or worse, as in deaths.

An attorney / public defender will likely be able to get the charges reduced, since as you say, there was no real damage; at least not so far...

Setting fires can become an addiction for some people ... if it is for you and you can't stop, then consider seeking some type of counseling asap.

Yeah...

See...

If you are setting fires for kicks, you need to seek professional mental help. I'm serious.

What the hell are you talking about? He set quite a lot of fires in probably a short period of time, but practically every stoner was a pyro at one point.

There is a difference between screwing around with a lighter and hairspray in the backyard, versus starting grass fires in a field.

Again, I reiterate my original point: Go get mental help.

Hey, sandy point, what is your deal? All of your 7 posts are flames. Flames which are completely inflammatory and provide no benefit to the discussion at hand.

Knock it off.

Can someone please flag him for the moderators to review?
