You do not need light for the seeds to sprout. Once the first 2 leaves apeare then put light on them

Well hesreallygood,

When you grow you are attempting to recreate the environment that a plant would experience in nature. There was something that you didn't say that is important in your post that is required. In nature a seed will sit dormant under the snow till spring when there is an abundance of water and the ground temperature rises indicating summer is ahead.

Therefore, I can not answer "Will my seeds still sprout?" since you didn't say where are the pots located. Are they on a balcony outside where the temperatures dip into the 40s over night or are they inside on a space heater? Well I guess after reading this you will act accordingly. You can have them in soil and water every other day but without heat or warmth no they will not sprout.

Well,

I guess if they do not sprout you'll know why.

No you dont need light for seeds to sprout, but as soon as you notice that they have leaves put them under light. I cant tell from your post but it sounds like you dont have any HID lamps so if I were you I'd put it outside some where, where it can get all the light it can, trust me, indoor window light growing is NOT good and using regular light bulbs suck.
