When you speak in normal sentences okay. And you speak like this okay. Is there a certain geographic area in the world that says, "okay" after normal sentences?

Not to my knowledge. That seems more like an idiolectal (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiolect) feature than a dialectal one.
By the way, did you know that the word "okay" can be used as pretty much any type of word?
noun: "My proposal got an okay."
verb: "I hope they okay my proposal."
adjective: "It's an okay proposal."
adverb: "My proposal went okay."
interjection: "Okay!"

Howdy beachguy,
I associate that colloquialism with 'valley girls' in Kalifornia...lol  I could be totally wrong about that. :D I tell you what ! lol
Have a good one ! :stoned:
Well i think im the most confused i have ever been okay
it sounds a bit like the person has got an OCD, and has to make sure that you understand every sentance they say, before they can continue.
Ah, yeah, like people who say "know what i mean" after every sentence

That's what I thought.
To your idiolect suggestion, I don't see why the hell you pointed that out and as for the dialect crap, I didn't even notice, but fuck it, hell, I don't give a damn.
Just freakin' erase this thread.

I've been on conference calls with people that do that, it gets really annoying. Then at the end of the call, you figure the call could have been shortened five minutes if the person dropped all the 'Okay's.
Kind of reminds me of some Canadians that end every sentence saying 'Eh'.

I notice that a lot when people speak. And if they're not saying 'okay' then they're saying 'like' after every fucking word.
Like today, I went and took like this really hard final, and I think I might have like failed it.
Annoying.

Like at least describes something, okay, well, I just don't know what it does. Okay, that is.

many all over just fall into that habit of adding needless words...such as like, ya know, eh, and the little phrases we hear a lot from the hip hop crowd at the end of nearly every sentence. i still often catch myself in the "like" rut...ya know, eh?
