I still recommend this book as he knows exactly how to make the most of cooking with your weed via how it absorbs into the food and how that food absorbs into your body.

He goes into the science of how your body absorbs the THC better cooking with it, rather than just eating an entire nug whole.

Another thing this author believes, is that cannabis should be eaten with something a bit smaller than large spaghetti dinners :)
