Need Help with my Cabinet Scrog!!

I'm starting my very first grow in my crawlspace in a custom made wood box. I have 4 female white widow seeds, and 10 non-feminised northern lights x big bud. I'm contemplating if i should attempt a scrog grow with just my 4 white widows or all my seeds. My goal is to achieve about a pound of dried herb when done, can anyone send me in the right direction? Also, how does scrog compare to straight up bending the plants? Thanks a lot!

the box i have is 32" high, 48 "wide, and 64" long. I will spend whatever i have to to complete this, however, I already have all my materials except a duct fan. I have one 400 watt HPS Sunsystem and another separate 400 watt MH Sunsystem, I have mylar covering the inside of the box, 3 gal. pots, BC Nutrient Kit 'n shit, so I'm good to go on material, I Just want to know which way is more profitable and how: 10 seeds + 4 fem. white widows with just bending them, or 4 fem. white widows using scrog.
