Need Help Fast

my plant are six weeks old and about one foot tall. They are showing male and female now. What has happened to them? Is there anyway of making them grow?

We need more info to tell you, e.g. light, nutes, strain, and anything else relavant.

First instinct should be to pull out the males and then put the females on a 12/12 cycle.

Yeah, all this means is your plant is pre flowering. Get the males and take them out of the grow room. Then kill them. Put your lighting into 12/12 cycle with just the females and you'll get more and more pistilles, then it'll start forming bud.

They will grow, they'll double in size during flowering, but they've shown you they want to flower, so let them.
