Like LIP said, very nice picture gK... wow... was that a camera and nothing else?

A special lense? What camera? Nice pic...

As to the spiticule... I mean, spicule, I ... I... I know, but I promised God I wouldn't say. :( I'm sorry.

I wanted to ask you something::: What's the secret, to having patience enough in order NOT to rip-off the shells of the seeds? (I admire your Zen-gardening skills)

Unfortuantely spicules are only found on sponges
http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=spicules
whereas, stipules the part you are referring to are also called leaf spurs. Their job is to provide a little protection for the pistillate calyxes and the glandular trichomes!!!! So they are a protrusion of the stem allowing the trichomes to grow, which produce the hairs that allow us to decide if the herb superb is ready or not!!!
