The beginning of this year I had a bad cough and fevers. This lasted about 2 weeks and I felt much better after that. I didn't take any medications for it and I continued to smoke herb, however, much less, while being sick.

Now, I have the same illness again. Characterized by a hacking cough, heavyness of the lungs, congestion, white/yellow mucus, lot of phlegm, headaches, fever. So I continued to smoke, but after researching my symptoms have come to the conclusion that it is very damaging.

This is obvious but it needs to be stated. When your lungs are congested with phlegm and mucus you need to get it out of your system or it will lead to other infections. So DON'T SMOKE! Since smoke will irritate your scilia, the hairs lining your brachial tube that helps move mucus, you will only damage your body more. Even one drug of any smoke, weed, tobacco, whatever prolong your illness.

Instead, try this approach:

Morning:
Herbal Mint Tea

2 bags mint tea
1 cup Whole Milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2g of the best marijuana you can find

1. Open one of the bags and add crumbled herb to it. Restaple the bag and staple it to the other tea bag. So now you should have two bags on one string. One with tea and herb, and one pure tea.

2. Microwave milk, water, sugar together in a large cup. This is your base. The whole milk will be the fat base, where the THC will be able to dissolve into.

3. Drop in the tea bags and stir lightly. Let it sit for 10 minutes and keep, stitting occaisionally. Remember, the base has to be very hot, try and nuke it until it starts boiling a little bit.

Drink up, sip it nice and slow - it'll coat your throat and make you feel much better.

Get something to eat, take a vitamin C tablet if desired.

For the rest of the day, drink a lot of fluids, and try and get the most vitamin C you can since it helps the system. Try and rest your body since internally you are combatting a virus/bacteria and your body needs its reserves. This doesn't mean you can't do anything, just forego any stressful activities.

Currently, I'm studying for finals and feeling much better. I'm hoping this will alleviate the fever and pain, in general make me feel much better. I should be fine in a few days.

Instead of taking prescription meds, allow your body to get stronger by healing itself naturally.
