my plant has been budding for a couple weeks and some of the white hairs are changing color but im not sure when to cut them or how long i should wait...it also has been raining should i wait for a sunny day for the bud to dry out on the plant....and another thing should i cut them when the sun is out or when when it is darker out

no i doubt that it is fungi cuz only the tips of the hair are turning brown on the lower levels...the rest of the plant looks great...i want to know when they can come off

If your plants have only been flowering for two weeks they are not ready. Depending on the varietey they will need between 5 and 10 weeks. If your hairs are turning brown after two weeks you might have problem. To much water? Over fert? under fert? PH to high or low? But not mature.
