Hey Green..
It has happened to all of of us...
NEVER ever ever let your plants see you get upset.. NEVER...
The plants are there to make your LIFE better
NEVRE EVER let your plants be the sourse of your anger...
EVEN if somebody stole your entire set up... just take a deep breath and LOVE..
for real.. you grow because you know your plants are only a of happiness!! Don't ever let that change...
sorry to hear about your accidental topping.. you can use the top as a clone

If you haven't trashed it it's not too late! Put some good splints one it and coat it with honey (monitor honey for mold) Honey has a natural healing agent in it. Worked for me last grow!

TG,
There is a guy named Mobay on here. If memory serves me (and it does not often...lol) He talked about purposely breaking your plant. Bending it until it snapped, then taping it back together.
I am not sure if it would work now, but I would try taping it back together and getting it back in your pot.

I wasnt suggesting he break his plant, merely that he tape it back together as others have. While showing him it is not a death sentence for his plant by explaining some people do this on purpose.

ok first of all there is nothing left to tape it back to, the bottem piece of the stem is gone as are the roots. Heres what i did: I bought root hormones a sterile scaple and whatever those round disk are that u start seed or saplings in. I made a nice clean diaganol slice at the bottem of the stem dipped it in water and rolled it in root hormone. i then but it in the disk wich i put in a pot (didnt bury it) and then covered it with a clear plastic bag. i had to put it back in my grow area with the other one but i turned my lighting down from 20/4 to 18/6. I think i did eveything i can do so all i can do now is hope for the best. thanks for the all the help guys esp. you garden gnome. Ill let you guys know how it turns out..........peeeeeaaacccee

Well after one day its still green and alive. I dont know if its still going to make it but it put a smile back on my face. If it surives itll be great cause it got rid of about 3-4 in. off the height of the stem which was real tall and thin and still has all its leaves hey i might do it to the other one to solve my stake post problem if it all works out but im not out of the woods yet
