Need help please!!

Ok something has got to be wrong...first i see the little yellow spot on the first leaves which has got me worried...and i have noticed very slow growth...this pic is 9 days from seed...please help....they are under a 80w flour and a 150w cfl

If it hasn't cleared up by now (dead or healthy) it will be fine, sometimes seedlings do odd things, a piece of dirt could've burned/irritated it. just let it grow.
