Does anyone know any stores where one can purchase a 200 gram calibration weight? Ordering one off the internet is not an option.

I assume any laboratory supplies company would have something like that.

Here is a ghetto calibration weight: A nickel coin weighs 5 grams exactly.

Go to a hobby shop, or some kind of science store.

Wow, that's pretty cool, I didn't know that. To get a scale just go to a hobby shop, a lot of them sell them for various things.

a american quarter($0.25) weights 5.6 grams i think or its 4.6 i dont rember.
