Ok, so I read alot of mixed reviews about opium lettuce. It turns out that those who said it worked AND those who said it didn't were telling the truth to the best of their ability. I have experimented the last few days with this wild lettuce that is supposed to have mild opium type affects and have found that it's not all bullshit it's just not understood. What I have learned is that smoking the plant crap takes too long to get you high and the high goes just as fast as it comes because of how long it takes to smoke the required amount. So, I decided to make an extract. I have to say, as an extract, the opium lettuce claims are true and not bullshit. It's not as "crazy" as weed can be at times and it doesn't "fuck you up" BUT it does give you the same intense relaxation as weed, maybe even more so since your head isn't going BAM! BAM! BAM! every second.

P.S. This thread is not for idiots to post about how smoking opium lettuce doesn't do shit. I already know that, it's the extract of the chemicals that "DO DO SHIT" ya dig?

I haven't done a full extraction yet. I smoked the small extract I made but didn't record the dose of anything or the amount used. The extraction I'm doing now is about 10 grams...i'll post the answers to those questions in a few days when I get this extract tested and weighed to give u the amount of exract/plant weight. As far as the dose, it takes about a pea size which give you like 10-15 hits...and you feel effects after about 3 big hits.

People don't realize that opium has a much more subtle effect than cannibus. It gives you a really relaxed feeling similar to herb, but doesn't have that intense mind awareness like herb does.

Did for me and my friend...now what did I say about idiot's who haven't tried a real extract of this stuff saying it doens't work? Don't say you don't think shit works when you haven't even tried it...that's just stupid! :thumbsup:

The best way to use it is to get a bunch of fresh plant and put it in a juicer. Then set the liquid out in the sun and it will leave a white gunk behind which you can smoke. Tried and tested, it works great.

Ok, here's the details.

I let 10 grams Opium Lettuce (plant materials) sit in enough alcohol (vodka works well) to just soak it in. 24 hours later, I strained the plant from the vodka and let the liquid sit in a glass baking plate. 2 days later, the liquid was evaporated and I collected about a gram of Opium Lettuce's active chemicals in a resin form. Dose is about a pea size. Very cost effective when you think about how cheap Opium Lettuce is and how much resin it takes to get the effects. The effects are extremely relaxing and very noticeable.

For more of a crazy high, mix 5x salvia extract with the resin from the Opium Lettuce.

I know nothing about the strength...not that advanced yet sorry. If anyone knows though, I'd like to know too.

But I do know that you can figure out X by taking your 28g and dividing it by (the total weight in grams of your extract).

Can you trust iamshaman? I remember ordering their HBW seeds (Hawaiian strand) and they didn't work for shit.

there salvia is great only bad thing i heard about them were there hbw seeds seems none of there strains work

Its just odd that out of all the inanely trivial things people have found funny on the board you find mine stupid. In fact I still the the idea of opium lettuce is kind of funny. And I got a 1440 on the SAT, have a 4.0 GPA and have been accepted to stanford so I can say with a great deal of certainty that yes, I am smarter than you. Besides, only and idiot would do opium. Grades have nothing to do with intelligence.. I know valedvictorians who are a lot dumber then some people who get 2.0's... school is nothing more then a contest of motivation and being the best, grades don't reflect intelligence. We just live in such a money-hungry materialistic society everyone is determined to go to college and make tons of money because that's what they need to be happy. I'm not saying school is a bad thing, I love going to school and learning new things, all I'm saying is that a lot of things are backwards. I got like a 2.3 average in high school, does that mean I'm dumb? First try on the ACT I got a 31, does that mean I'm smart?
