Hey guys... this may sound pathetic but my bicep has literally been twitching for the last 3 days straight and it's starting to get pretty damn annoying.... I thought this shit would end, but it just keep on twitching... anybody know how to stop muscle twitches??? please, i've tried punching my arm it doesn't do shit...

It's one of the four basic neurotransmitters... in basic English, it regulates the speed in which your nerves fire at.

I suppose some Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium might help. at least it wouldn't hurt.

I had the same thing before, but only for 10 minutes or so. Try stretching it I guess.

do some sports and stuff, your probably just really hyper or somethin....if I dont go like biking or skating everyday I get twichy and cant sleep at night so ya go do something
