what is the most popular and reliabel company to get seeds from IN YOUR OPINION? I've been looking around and i've noticed that a few places sell the same at prices far different from a competiator. Also the number of seeds varies from time to time. I just want to get an idea from you guys not theseedbank.com to what you guys have experienced. A good place that's on the top of the list should have good:
Quality seeds
Prices
realiability of shipment
Please get posting cause this can help a lot of people from getting burnt if they Do order seeds
Thanks

Serious Seeds & Dutch Passion are the best for me - both supply with quality seeds & also the prices are good. But if you're in USA you must know that you can't purchase online, cause they don't send to us :/ I have friend in NL that buy the seeds directly from their coffee shops & then send to me :)

i have only ordered seeds once and that was from 'grasscity', they were good, no hassle, what is it best to say when they ask you, that you are a first time buyer or a regular?

I use www.dope-seeds.com good selection a registered trader and he doesnt keep info on your orders.
Ordered about 6 times now never had any trouble, my last order was for LR's and they took about 18 days to get to me but they were postmarked when he said he sent and he also told me if they failed to turn up he would RESEND my order but he normally doesnt.
I suppose its because of the times I have ordered and had no problems.
He did send me a free pack of Tiki Mix with the LR's too.

P.S I am in the USA.

I will give you a piece of advice...when choosing seeds...I would recommend you choose a single strain as opposed to a cross...for instance, If you can get Northern Lights #2 or #5 you will be very happy,,,
some crosses tend to show more hybrid tendencies and hermies...unless you are buying high dollar beans from a reputable international seedbank.
anyway I have grown about 4 different strains (limited due to great cloning program, so I haven't had to or wanted to start new strains.(1st germing in months, currently C99xNL5))
I found that when I grew the F1 strains, there are less
hermie traits and more potency...Imho.

Latewood ... if your C99/NLs are the same ones I got from Hemp Depot/Joey Weed, I think you will be very happy with them ... mine germinated 100% in 24-30 hours, ... one male, but he only appeared after 75% of them died from Pythium Wilt ... after the stress he went thru early in life, I felt badly when I had to drag him kicking and screaming into the back yard, where he met a horrible, heart-rending death ...

thanks guys, now late wood isn't your C99/NL5 a mix and not a single strain? and does NL2 and NL5 have a good taste and potency to them? o yeah you never mentioned what companies you prefered or you saying that you do mostly clones from companies by you?
thansk everyone so far for the advice you have all posted

excuse me for butting in, but I can answer that ... Latewood is talking about a "cross" of Cinderella99 and Northern Lights#5 ... Cinderella99 is a sativa with a racy high, and small yield, typical of sativas ... the Northern Lights #5 (which is an indica/sativa cross in its own right) ... was crossed with C99 to mellow out the high a bit, and more importantly, to increase Yield ... hope that helps ... :smokin:

I meant as advice to you... go with proven stable genetics the 1st time, and all will fall into place a lot better for you.
The NL is a much recognized and stable strain(which is what I actually meant...) Very potent...Scary potent...Which is what led me to the advice I am trying to convey to you.
I grew a few crosses...I liked them, One(SexyOrangeSkunk)(Bermese F'in IncrediblexCali Orangebudxskunk #1) was trippy a shit, but I couldn't get cuttings to root...So, I flowered her.
I got a couple of those beans left.
The other (Misty Blue)("Original" Misty and Blueberry)has bad hermie traits, but practically roots by itself...
Each has it's own problems/traits...
The NL, on the other hand, rooted and grew healthily, provide me with a sweet juicyfruit aroma throughout flowering...I knew it was gonna KICKASS!!! It Did!!!
That's All I'm Saying...
If you want skunk weed...buy Skunk#1
If you want Blueberry...buy Blueberry from dutch passion
see where I'm going with this.
White widow...AK47...are a few of proven healthy growing stable strains...
finally:) ...I really struggle with this decision, but, I didn't forget to list the seedbankk, I deal with. I did not post it by design. Since the ME thing in cancan:( ...alot of people are 'antsy' to say the least. I don't want to publicize or jeopordize anyone who helps out people needing MMJ, and ships them beans...know what I mean? Sorry:cool:
But, I did give you a clue in the above statement.
And...If you research/search threw my numerous post throughout the past year here...You will find the info you seek:thumbsup: ...go forth Grasshopper...Just kidding...LOL lw:smokin:
