Halo 1 has the best storyline IMO. I'm not really into RPGs so i can't comment on those too much. But Halo 1's story line was way better than Halo2. Although halo2 has better combat controls etc.

ummmm...yeah.... that was me :D but to my defence i have never played FF 7 and it was FFX that got me into RPG games.... and yeah bedake X-2 did suck but i played all the way through just to see the happy ending :)

FF7 was the best. I played it again when I got a PS/2 because it was so good. FFX had pretty graphics, but its story sucked in comparison. My $0.02.

I don't know dude, I think Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2 have the best story line for a game yet. Same with MGS(new one), ResidentEvil 4, The Godfather, God Of War.All sick ass games
