It's hot here so I make sure it's off during the day and on at night.
If you plan on moving everything outside then try and keep your lights matched up to mother nature.
Good luck. <3

I have my indoor 'night' period from noon till 6pm, I dont need the additional heat during the hot part of the day, and DO want the heat at night ... when youre ready to put them outside, dont worry about it .. your plants wont care, they will adapt well ... just do it ... :smokin:
Off at midnight
On at 6am
Same as me mate ;)

It wont stress them any more than repotting them will.
I recommend SuperThrive for stress relief.
You can buy it at almost any garden store, hardware store, wal-mart, k-mart, lowes, home depot etc etc.
