May I ask why is the reason that causes the leaves to be burnt? Is it too much fertilizer, water or sunlight?

Pls advise cos currently out of my 6 plants only 2 survived for a month only & my plants is only 8cm tall!!

Improper soil aeration is one thing, although by looking at it I don't think the moisture levels are high enough to really have compacted the soil enough to cut off oxygen supplies.

To be honest, if you added fertilizers, that could be the problem. Young cannabis does not require fertilizing until up to a month of healthy normal growth in an unfertilized medium, or until it begins exhibiting deficiencies.
