Cultivation Lounge?

Hello guys...

I just wanted to kick this idea around, to see what you guys think.

Here's the situation: Sometimes I want to post "stuff", that isn't exactly related to growing. For example, I want to start a thread more or less titled "Memorable Quotes". But, I don't want to "spam" the boards.

Now, why don't I post over in the Lounge?
C'mon... you know the answer to that...

It isn't the same. We, in here, inside Cultivation, have (IMO) a better "culture" than the Lounge. Not that I have anything against the Lounge, but... you know.

So, nothing... that was the idea... what do you think if we ask Zandor for a Lounge section inside Cultivation? I realize that this is all on a "whim", as the truth of the matter is, that there already is a Lounge... So let's not get upset if we don't get it.

But in any event, I think it might be a cool idea.

What do you guys think?

Turtle - I was thinnking the same thing.. especially since many of us have become so chatty with each other.. and I know some people get bugged by our small talk...some people just want the str8 facts and don't appreciate our jibber jabber.

This thread is a perfect example..

Its a good idea. But I would prefer to see something like a Q&A section to separate those one off questions from peoples grow journals.
It appears that sometimes good grow journals disappear in a sea of 'how high should my HID be above seedlings' and 'When do I harvest' type questions.

I think that the idea has some merit,even tho I rarely post in this section anymore,mainly because I don't want to give advice to some kid on how to grow in their parent's house..most of the kids are obvious,but some have wised up and try not to act or sound like kids.

Well I guess the vote has come in and we WON!!!!!!

No really it sounded like a good idea so I just asked Ron to make it for us. I guess I have a little pull with the boss.:D
