what kind of magnafiying glass should i get to check the colore of the trics and where can i get it

You're looking for 40x to 60x all the way up to 100x magnification.

More or less about $10 from what I've read.

30x is perfect for viewing trichomes. More then that and the view is limited to much and you don't see other things you should see. Like how they compare to the other trichomes in your field of view.

Well, that I didn't know... scratch the 100x or 60x then....
