HElp with this plant

I have a plant outside in southeast texas never used fertilizer just water and sun and it's shade leafs are yellow and the little leafs at top and in between little corners of the shade leafs are still green but the shade leafs are hanging down not all perky

Have you over or under watered you lady?

well yes maybe a little but it just rained yesterday so maybe that will help cause I kinda thought that was the problem if so now that its watered will it die
