i'd like to think i'm not unlike many here - living the daily grind of work and family and then relax and covertly enjoy a good bud now and then.

like many, i can only wish for the day when we don't have to go abroad to step into a cafe and order the latest cross strain with a milk shake.

then there's the almost automatic paranoia when it comes to hook ups and smoke outs that no other social taboo commands.

this is why open forums like this are a treat. it's where i get to read y'all tales and express my own.

the great mj debate will continue for many years to come and especially in this great country, we'll continue to live our dual lives.

Sad but true man. Im not even real sure what to say at this point. The world is seeming a little overly hipocritical these days. Too politicaly correct on one hand and full of shit on the other.

I couldn't agree more. My wife has a glass or two of wine almost every night. That's her way to relax and I can dig that, but somehow that's acceptable and smoking a bowl is not? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

It is sad. Anything that isn't 'mainstream' makes you an outcast. It took me MANY years to finally get my wife accepting of the fact that I smoke. I don't think she's altogether cool with it, but it's a much better situation than what it used to be. And it is amazing to me how people can drink and get sloshed but marijuana smokers are the bad guys. Whens the last time you heard of a pot smoker go on a shooting rampage?
