just go get it done at a shop.....I only know like 2 people that pieced themselves without getting infected and whatnot....just go to a shop cause chances are if you try it yourself you'll screw up someway or another

My advice is to keep it completely sterile, i mean be anal about it

I dont get piercings but to each his own!

I would strongly recomend getting it done by a professional if at all possible, but if you really need to do it yourself, make sure you wear sterile rubber gloves, and be very careful about not letting any of the needles or foreceps or anything get contaminated. Clean the area very well with bactine before you pierce it. And once you have it done make sure to be very diligant with the after care. Clean it a couple of times a day with dial soap and bactine. I know a couple of people who have pierced things themselves with some success, but its really easy to get infected so i would reccomend reading up on technique before you go through with it.

Good luck, and be careful...

And to actually answer you original question, to buy all of the things you are going to need you're probably gonna be getting close to like $30-40... just a guess, but kind of an educated one...

yah i am getting all the stuff to do it before so im prepared and im in the process of getting as much info as possible:)
so if your going to recommend that i get it proffessionally done i am too young to go in, my parents would never give my permission, and i prefer to poke holes in myself than have other people do it, im going to buy the gloves and everything too... :)
so far so good:D

there should be a ton of places on the web that sell all of that stuff, i used to know of bunch of different sites, but i lost all of that stuff a while ago. if you look it up on any search engine you should find a ton of places. A lot of places on the web that sell jewelery sell supplies as well...

but i mean like what part of the cartilage.... like at the front or near the bottom, top???? middle???? i have been trying to see if there were any charts showing where to pierce on the internet but i had no luck.... if anyone could explain to me in detail the exact spot to poke a hole in it would be greatly appreciated..:)

You''ll never do it. Ramming a needle through your nose, you'll pussy out. :)

I'm not sure if someone's already said this... but all of the nose is cartilage. Put your thumb and index finger in your nose and make a pig face, that little ball-like thing you feel is your septum.

You say you have a clamp, make sure everything is sterile, or you'll get an infection. Again, I'd consider a professional.
