I had a seed that i got in a quarter bag and it wouldn't germinate. I wanted another seed so i bought a quarter bag, the quarter bag didn't have any seeds. Is there a way to seeds in the states?

Also i need to know if there is a way to mask the smell of the plants. I don't want my mom to find my plant and make me live with my broke ass dad.

I would move out today but then i would have to go to a different skool cuz my dad is to lazy to wake up and drive me. So i need to be 16.
